Supervision
We offer supervision for coaches interested in their personal and professional development. Supervision is a collaborative process to raise awareness of yourself as a coach and your relationship with your coachees. Through the process, we will explore patterns, dynamics and contexts that influence how you coach.
Supervison Programme includes:
- Monthly 1:1 supervision sessions with a certified coaching supervisor, lasting either 6, 9 or 12 months
Supervision focuses on 3 different perspectives:
- Formative: Addressing developmental needs
- Restorative: Encouraging and supporting, providing you with a place to bring and explore issues and concerns about your coaching practice and client relationships
- Normative: Upholding the professionalism of coaching. Exploring any ethical or moral dilemma relating to your coaching
Benefits of Supervision include:
- Providing regular and consistent focus on ensuring the quality of your coaching practice
- Ongoing opportunity to improve coaching skills
- Time to focus and reflect on your coaching work and learn how you coach at your best
- Materials and resources to increase your understanding of supervision
